🧂 Ingredients: 1 cup cold water 1 heap coffee 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional) A pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional) Sugar to taste (optional) Special tool: a cezve (Turkish coffee pot) 🔥 Instructions : Measure water Pour 1 cup of cold water into the cezve. Add coffee and spices Add 1 heaping teaspoon of Turkish coffee to the water. Add the cardamom and any additional spices you like (such as cinnamon or nutmeg). If desired, add sugar (no stirring yet). Mix well Stir the mixture gently until the coffee, spices, and sugar (if added) are fully dissolved. Heat slowly Place the cezve over low heat. Do not stir again. Let it heat gently so the foam builds up slowly. Watch for the foam Just before the coffee begins to boil and the foam rises, remove it from the heat. ☕  How to Make a Café Latte (Hot) Ingredients: 1 shot (30 ml) of espresso 200 ml (about ¾ cup) of fresh milk (whole milk preferred) Optional: sugar, vanilla, or flavored syrup (caramel, hazelnut, etc.) Instructions: Brew the Espresso Use an espresso machine to pull one shot into a large mug or cup. Steam the Milk Use a steam wand to heat the milk until it reaches 65–70°C (150–160°F). Create light microfoam (smooth, silky foam on top). Pour the Milk Over the Espresso Slowly pour the steamed milk into the cup with espresso. Hold back the foam with a spoon, then top with a spoonful of foam. Add Flavor (Optional) Sweeten or add a dash of syrup if desired. Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or cinnamon. ✅  Tips: If you don’t have an espresso machine, you can use strong brewed coffee. Froth milk using a milk frother, French press, or hand whisk. Use plant-based milk alternatives like oat, almond, or soy if preferred.

It’s popular in cafés across the Middle East and Latin America. 🌿 Ingredients: 1 shot of espresso (or ¼ cup strong brewed coffee) ½ cup of whole milk (or plant-based milk) 2–3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk Ice (if serving cold) Optional: pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract 🔥 For Hot Spanish Latte: Brew your espresso. In a small pot, heat the milk and sweetened condensed milk together until hot (but not boiling). Pour the sweet milk mixture into a mug. Add the espresso on top. Stir and enjoy! ❄️ For Iced Spanish Latte: Fill a glass with ice. Pour in sweetened condensed milk. Add cold or room-temperature milk. Top with a shot of espresso. Stir gently and enjoy cold!

Known locally as “Qahwa Sada” (plain coffee), Jordanian Arabic coffee is usually bitter, lightly roasted, and flavored with cardamom, served in small cups during gatherings, ceremonies, and even important negotiations. 🌿 Ingredients: 3 tablespoons of lightly roasted Arabic coffee (finely ground) 2–3 cups of water 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom Optional: a pinch of saffron or cloves 🫖 How It’s Prepared: Water is brought to a boil in a pot. Coffee is added and boiled for about 10 minutes. Cardamom is added and left to infuse the coffee. The coffee is usually not filtered, and the grounds settle at the bottom of the pot.
