☕ How to Make a Spanish Latte (Hot or Iced)
The Spanish Latte is a sweet, creamy coffee drink made by combining espresso with milk and sweetened condensed milk. It’s popular in cafés across the Middle East and Latin America.
🌿 Ingredients:
- 1 shot of espresso (or ¼ cup strong brewed coffee)
- ½ cup of whole milk (or plant-based milk)
- 2–3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk
- Ice (if serving cold)
- Optional: pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract
🔥 For Hot Spanish Latte:
- Brew your espresso.
- In a small pot, heat the milk and sweetened condensed milk together until hot (but not boiling).
- Pour the sweet milk mixture into a mug.
- Add the espresso on top.
- Stir and enjoy!
❄️ For Iced Spanish Latte:
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour in sweetened condensed milk.
- Add cold or room-temperature milk.
